Paul Vesey

General Manager, International Steel & Counterweights

With more than 30 years of experience in the counterweight industry, Paul Vesey oversaw the launch of International Steel & Counterweights in 2010 and continues to manage ISC’s counterweight and steel fabrication business as General Manager.

Prior to ISC’s formation, Paul enjoyed a long career with Concord Steel, Inc., where he rose to the position of President and served as a director of Concord Steel’s parent company, Stamford Industrial Group, Inc.

 

Patrick Chesterton

Vice President, Sales & Marketing, International Steel & Counterweights
Detroit, Mich.
 

Patrick Chesterton has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for International Steel & Counterweights since its launch in 2010.

Prior to joining ISC, Pat held sales and management positions in tool steel, flat roll steel and fabricating businesses, including, most recently, Concord Steel, Inc., where he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

 

John Pastor

Vice President, Supply Chain, International Steel & Counterweights
Rockland, Mass.
 

Having spent more than 50 years in the steel industry, John Pastor was part of the team that launched International Steel & Counterweights in 2010.  As Vice President of Supply Chain, John is responsible for sourcing raw materials for ISC’s fabrication business.

John joined ISC with more than three decades of experience in the counterweight and steel fabrication business.  In 1979, John founded Concord Steel, Inc., the first company to focus exclusively on the manufacturing of steel counterweights.  After leading Concord Steel for 27 years, John began to focus his efforts exclusively on Concord Steel’s supply chain management and raw material purchasing beginning in 2006.

 

Jim Nackino

Sales & Operations Lead, International Steel & Counterweights
Youngstown, Ohio
 

As Sales & Operations Lead, Jim Nackino is an integral liaison between International Steel & Counterweights’ sales and operations teams, ensuring that ISC’s high levels of customer service and quality control are maintained.  In such role, Jim also has sales responsibilities for counterweights and other fabricated parts, as well as prime and secondary steel plate.

Prior to joining ISC in 2010, Jim had more than 30 years of experience in steel sales and processing.  Most recently, he had sales, quality assurance and operations responsibilities for Concord Steel, Inc. in Hammond, Ind.
